Abstrakt:	The article presents a testimony by David S. Cohen, undersecretary for terrorism and financial intelligence at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, during a hearing on "Terrorist Financing and the Islamic State (IS)" on November 13, 2014. Topics covered include why the U.S. is determined the terrorist organization, how the Treasury is denying IS access to funds, and additional humanitarian assistance to provide a measure of relief to the people most affected by the terrorist acts.
