Abstrakt: | The article suggests weight lifting for women to help fitness and muscle-building. Among the cited reasons to start lifting are greater muscle strength, fast results and progressive resistance, and the rush from training. Five basic weight lifting exercises that provide workout at home or in the gym are suggested that include squat, chest press, rested hip bridge, Russian Kettlebell Club (RKC)-style plank, and double arm row. |
