| Abstrakt: | The article discusses some myths which prevent textile manufacturers from getting automated cutting systems. When it come to costs, it says that one should consider all that automated cutting will improve in the factory including savings increased production and error elimination. It also addresses the myth on how automation puts people out of work, how it will mean hiring someone to operate the machinery and software, and the myth that automation is only good for mass production. |
