Abstrakt:	The article discusses a study which examines the occurrence of hypothermia in infants in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in a regional pediatric referral center in the U.S. The findings include the respiratory adverse events experienced by infants with hypothermia, the high rates of hypothermia in infants undergoing surgery in the operating room compared to the NICU and the cardiovascular, respiratory, and metabolic outcomes associated with hypothermia.
