| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study which focuses on the utilization of somatic embryogenesis for the establishment of an in vitro plant regeneration system of Aster (A.) scaber. The study uses the prepared Murashige-Skoo (MS) media for the examination of the effect of the combinations and concentrations of plant growth regulators (PGRs). Results show that the callus induction is influenced by the auxins levels. |
