The article focuses on study on the effects of Bacillus coagulans lilac-01, Lilac LAB and okara on bowel movements or fecal properties. It mentions the double-blind placebo-controlled randomized trial conducted with healthy Japanese volunteers having constipation. It adds the study revealed Lilac LAB improved bowel movements and fecal properties in functionally constipated persons. |
