| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study of a 25-year-old male suffering from gingival fenestration of the upper left central incisor, who was treated with a 2 x 2 orthodontic appliance. The patient was presented with discolored upper front teeth, and clinical examination showed a horizontal growth pattern, rotated upper left premolars, and a bilateral Class II molar relationship. He was treated with an upper 2 x 2 appliance made from wire, which bracketed the molars and central incisors. |
