Abstrakt: This article discusses research which proposed a system for ship-bridge collision avoidance based on monocular computer vision. Topics discussed include the systematic structure of the Smart Collision Alarm System (SCAS), moving object detection and tracking, converting the image coordinate into the geographical coordinate and collision evaluation and avoidance.
