Abstrakt: Infant oral mutilation is a practice performed by traditional healers in many Eastern African countries. The sequelae of this practice have been recognised and reported on in many developed countries due to the migration of populations, customs and beliefs. This article describes three cases of infant oral mutilation that have been diagnosed in the Dental Department at Hutt Hospital, Lower Hutt. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
