Abstrakt: | The article presents a research report on 18 pre-menopausal women on the effect of variations in forced expiration effort on automatic activation of pelvic floor (PF) muscles. Test method included three variations of forced expirations and measurements using squeeze pressure perineometry, Chi-square test and Friedman analysis by ranks. The report concluded that minimal forced expiration effort created the most consistent pelvic floor cranial-ventral displacement with vaginal squeeze pressure. |
