This work is a synthesis of on ample search of the suject mather, conduct on a pattern-sample of magistrates on aH national country. The search in object has been tut a this social class with a opinion list of questions who concern on the topics of or of the or of the . After the short examination of the differents definitions of economic crime (Sutherland, Versele ect.) we define the typology of 'business crime that it constitute damage a of collect interest of collectivity. The list of questions has been constitute in way to permit the test of the sociological concept of the economic crime in connexion with the changed situation socioeconomic. We had to test the real incidence of this kinds of offence. In the composition of pattern sample per sex there is a prevalence of males (88.3%) on the females (9.80/0). Sufficiently h6mogeneous is the distribution of the pattern sample per age class. For the social gravity of some categotys of crimes own on business crimes we had requeste to magistrates to give a varying score from I to 10 at every groups propose.
