Electrocardiogram after 2 weeks of diarrhea.

Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of a 41-year-old man with a two week history of diarrhea and an abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG). His ECG indicated severe hypokalemia which was caused by Clostridium difficile colitis. The patient was treated with antimicrobial therapy, potassium replacement and fluid therapy.
