| Abstrakt: | The article presents case history of Donovan "Donnie" Sullivan, Homer Koehl and Addison "Addy" Speed, three of the 367 dogs rescued by the Humane Society of the U.S. (HSUS) during a massive dogfighting bust spanning Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia in August 2013. It is noted that these dogs are living in a temporary shelter run by HSUS staff and dozens of dedicated volunteers. |
