The article discusses the highlights of the Second International Symposium on Wild Relatives of Subtropical and Temperate Fruit and Nut Crops held on April 7-12, 2014 at the Genetic Resources Institute (AGRI) of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), Baku, Azerbaijan. Speakers included Garib Mammadov who gave the introductory speech, Dr. Damiano Avanzato who talked about projects of the International Society for Horticulture Sciences (ISHS) and Dr. Zeynal Akparov. |
