Abstrakt:	The article presents a case report of a 55-year-old man with noninsulin-dependent diabetes mellitus who rapidly developed uncontrolled proliferative diabetic retinopathy and bilateral neovascular glaucoma as an early manifestation of chronic myeloid leukemia.
