Abstrakt: The article discusses a study which aimed to evaluate the nature of the relationship between character/life skills (C/LS) and performance as perceived by experienced university coaches. Topics include the methodology of the study which include the selection, coach demographics, and players of participants, procedures used, and interviews conducted. The results of the study are also discussed which include the motivation for positive connection, and facilitation of performance by character.
