Abstrakt: |
The article discusses how coaches can best tap the power of collaboration among teachers, one of the key strategies to build capacity. Research has shown that schools need to build the individual and collective capacity of teachers in order to improve teaching and learning. Anna Walter, a peer coach in Edmonds, Washington, says that the coach can't be the expert if one wants teachers to take ownership for learning. |
