| Abstrakt: | The article looks at discussions between architect Jože Plečnik and his students at the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia as recorded by student Dušan Grabrijian in his book "Plečnik i Njegova Šola" (Plečnik and His School). Particular focus is given to the political and cultural context of Plečnik's arguments regarding classical architecture, including Slovenia's role within the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes (SCS). National identity is discussed. |
