The article discusses the legislative page program of Virginia's House of Delegates in which several Virginia middleschoolers are selected to assist lawmakers during the legislative sessions. It mentions the wages received by students for their service and further reports that the program help students to learn about lawmaking process. It mentions the views of Virginia's House Speaker William Howell regarding the program and also presents several photographs related to the same. |
