The article discusses the task of the U.S. Combat Casualty Care Research Program (CCCRP) to drive innovation in trauma care to support Force 2025 and Beyond program. Topics discussed include the reappraisal of the time between injury and life-sustaining medical treatment, CCCRP's oversight and management of science and technology elements of funding and indications of the effectiveness of the investment in combat casualty care research. |
