| Abstrakt: | The article discusses the provisions of the Veterans' Access Choice and Accountability Act of 2014, which aims to address the issues faced by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The provisions include the establishment of the Veterans Choice Card, transfer of senior executives with poor performance and research funding for traumatic brain injury (TBI). Also examined are the issues of cultural indifference within the VA that led to poor performance of it staff. |
