The youth's civic participation can be a potential resource for successful development of the country, at the same time youth's disinterest and disinclination could be a reason for the problem of it. Professional experience, general knowledge, statistical (data processing) and empirical research methods have been used in the article. The aspect of socialization and education in the field of civic participation have been described with the factors discovered, in addition relevant conclusions have been drawn.
