Abstrakt: The article discusses the research that investigates the environmental and genetic contributions to interindividual variability of asymmetrical dimethyllarginines (ADMA) and L-Arginine biomarkers in cardiovascular disease patients. It states the identification of replicated loci associated with interindividual variability in ADMA, L-arginine, and SDMA. It mentions that the association of AGXT2 variants and stroke is unclear.
