| Abstrakt: |
A case of an impacted maxillary left third molar that was accidentally displaced into the maxillary sinus during exodontia is presented. The tooth was surgically retrieved through Caldwell-Luc approach two weeks later under general anaesthesia. The patient was medically compromised, and close co-ordination between the cardiologist and the anaesthesiologist is emphasized. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
