Aiming at problems of phase tracking and power' when induction heating power supply working at high frequency state' according to the characteristics of series resonant' a phase tracking method of induction heating power supply based on TMS320F2812 is used to solve those problems. The method makes load equivalent impedance low inductance. We studied the schematic diagram of the signal processing circuit' discovered the method of producing phase-shift PWM signal by TMS320F2812' and studied how to drive power MOSFET' also built experiment platform for experimental verification. According to the experiment results' we can see that phase signal processing circuit send phase signal of voltage and current to the TMS320F2812 rapidly and steadily and then TMS320F2812 can produce phase-shift PWM signal so this the phase tracking method is effective and stable.
