The article examines the attitude of high school students towards unemployment in Estonia from 1991-1992. The survey notes the potential of unemployment to turn to self-employment, which needs special skills that should be taught to the existing youth. It predicts the change of entrepreneurial environment and unemployment as drivers of the future. |
