Abstrakt: The article discusses research which was conducted to investigate the effect weekly physical activity had on the risk of falls and fibromyalgia symptoms in adult women. Researchers evaluated 150 women between the ages of 28 and 73. They found that increased physical activity led to a reduction in the fear of falling and falls and improvements in fibromyalgia symptoms.
