| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses teaching techniques which promote student engagement through questioning. Introductory comments are given highlighting the importance of student motivation in education and suggests inquiry-based methods can encourage it. Suggestions are then given for promoting the method, including fostering an open classroom culture, using teacher-generated questions to initiate discussion, and deliberately framing questions to generate complex answers. |
