Abstrakt: |
According to Denison, organizational culture takes several dimensions. In each dimension, there is a measure based on which the status of organizational culture can be recognized. Therefore, there are four assumptions adopted from organization culture as viewed by Denison. For data collection, a questionnaire was devised and handed out to a total of 370 managers and employees at Gold Iran Co. For data analysis and obtaining the results, SPSS was employed. The results of this study indicated that there was a significantly close correlation between the four variables (i.e. adaptability, involvement, mission and consistency) at Gold Iran Co. According to the obtained results, Hypothesis 2 (involvement) had the highest correlation (0.465), hypothesis 3 (there is a significant correlation between mission and knowledge management) had the lowest correlation (0.323). The findings of this research can assist Gold Iran Company to develop their organizational culture to foster KM processes and lead enable to consistently tracking of environmental changes and undertake timely and appropriate responses.
