The article presents a case study of a 38-year-old woman with fever, loss of appetite and shortness of breath. The patient underwent several diagnostic procedures including contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT), transthoracic echocardiogram and cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging. Myocardial infiltration was observed in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, an uncommon category of primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma. |
