Abstrakt:	The article discusses a study which aimed to establish radiographic femoral and tibial landmarks for the knee anterolateral ligament (ALL) in frontal and lateral views. Results show that ALL origin is at 47% of the anterior-posterior size of the condyle and 3.7 millimeters (mm) caudal to the Blumensaat line. It concluded that knowledge of the anatomic landmarks of the ALL will ensure lower morbidity in minimally invasive surgical reconstruction.
