This study surveyed 1,167 Finnish bank customers in order to examine their Internet usage in general and Internet banking behavior in particular. The results revealed that nearly 40 percent of the Finns are using the Intemet for banking. Results showed further that while demographic variables on average had a notable relationship between the use of the Internet, age in particular had no statistical significant impact on Internet banking or investment transactions via the Internet among current Internet users.
