Abstrakt:	The article presents an overview of China's maritime territorial and exclusive economic zone (EEZ) disputes in the South China Sea (SCS) and East China Sea (ECS). Topics covered include the dispute over the Paracel Islands, the dispute over the Spratly Islands, and the dispute over Scarborough Shoal. Also mentioned is the dispute regarding the rights of China within its EEZ.
