Abstrakt:	The article presents the second part of the Congressional Research Service (CRS) report entitled "U.S.-China Military Contacts: Issues for Congress" dated July 29, 2014. Topics discussed include the congressional oversight exercised on various aspects of military exchanges with China, the leverage to pursue U.S. security objectives, and the various U.S. security interests including tension reduction over Taiwan, weapons nonproliferation and counterterrorism.
