Abstrakt: The article reports on research which was conducted to examine the physiological profiles of male college lacrosse players and to investigate the relationship between their body composition and performance in aerobic and anaerobic tests. Researchers evaluated 54 players. They found that increased percentages of body fat could be detrimental to anaerobic performance and aerobic capacity needed for on-field performance in lacrosse.
