The article reports on a resolution by the Board of Directors at the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) to make it mandatory for all rodeos to add equal money to both the heading and heeling sides of the team roping. It notes that team roping event director Garrett Tonozzi had put forth the measure which voted in favor by board members and contestant directors Bret Tonozzi and J.P. Wickett. However, several other directors including John Barnes and Troy Weekley voted against it. |
