The article discusses a new model for global human resource information system (HRIS). Topics discussed include the four types of organizational models of HRIS including multinational, international and transnational, the three systems architectures found in HRIS including standalone system model, data warehouse model and single integrated system model, and the results of a survey of global companies which examined the hypotheses if they were like the models. |
