The article discusses the court case Missouri v. Tyler G. McNeely related to warrantless arrest for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol in the state. It states that the McNeely sued the state because the Corporal Mark Winder, from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, arrested him and brought him to the local hospital for testing of blood samples. He alleged that the Winder violated the Fourth Amendment. |
