Abstrakt: | The article offers information on the judicial decision of the New York Supreme Court in the case of New York v. Suggs, in which the Court denied the motion to compel John Suggs to testify absence of his consent under the Sexual Management and Treatment Act (SOMTA). It informs that State of New York filed a petition against Suggs for sex offender civil management under mental hygiene law against his sexually committed crimes. It mentions that Suggs reported of violation of his miranda rights. |
