Abstrakt: The article presents a study which examines the impact of embryo transfer (ET) catheter contact having intravaginal progesterone preparations on embryo development of mouse. The study analyzed proportion of embryos progressing to apoptotic index, embryo cell number and blastocyst. The study showed that apoptotic index was higher in embryos exposed to progesterone as equated to unexposed embryos.
