Abstrakt:	The article presents a case study of a 57-year-old woman suffering from epigastric pain and poor appetite for 2 days and diagnosed of situs inversus totalis with hepatosplenomegaly, and underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) for her proven choledocholithiasis.
