Design on Fault Pre-Warning System Applied for Mine Flameproof Type Dry Transformer.

Abstrakt: In order to ensure the safety and continuous operation of the mine flameproof type dry transformer, based on the hardware device of the fault diagnosis and early warning system applied to the mine flameproof type dry transformer as a base, a fault early warning software system of the mine flameproof type dry transformer was developed, based on multi source information integration under the LabVIEW platform. The current, voltage, temperature, local electro-discharge and other parameters of the mine flameproof type dry transformer were real timely collected as the fault symptom information, and the feature value of each monitoring and measured parameter was collected as the input information of the fault diagnosis system. The fault diagnosis module was designed based on the RBF neural network and the fault condition of the transformer would be determined with comprehensive diagnosis. The fault early warning interface was designed to real timely display the fault condition of the transformer and to make a potential fault early warning. The system was installed and had a trial operation Si-he No. 2 Mine of Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Coal Mining Group and the ioeration results showed that the system could realize the on-line early warning function of several potential faults of the mine flameproof type dry transformer.
