Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of Islamic finance market as well as developing faculty who educate and prepare the legal practitioners within a regulatory environment and cultural context. It highlights the influence of technological innovation for an effective faculty development and course design in higher education. It examines the integration of faculty-mentoring process that align with training model.
