| Abstrakt: |
The article examines the effect of comorbidity on hospital mortality in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients. It evaluates the disease burden of SLE and the usefulness of the Charlson Comorbidity Index (CCI) as hospital mortality predictors using a hospital administrative database. The study found that some of the most important contributors to hospital mortality were comorbidities and infectious disease. |
