The article discusses a study on the significant factors of proteins of the Ribonucleases (RNases) II/RNB-family in the establishment of pathogenic bacteria. It states the wide spectrum of functions of exoribonucleases from the RNB-family as well as the crucial degradation of RNA complex. It also emphasizes the essential role of enzymes from the NB family in the cell which includes RNA processing, turnover and surveillance. |
