Evaluates the immunoregulatory effect of interferon gamma-1b in patients with immunoparalysis or decrease level of HLA-DR expression during the compensatory anti-inflammatory response syndrome. Recovery of the diminished levels of HLA-DR expression on monocytes; Re-establishment of monocytes ability to secrete cytokines interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha. |
