Abstrakt: In this paper we present thermopower measurements on Nd[SUB1+x]Ba[SUB2-x]Cu[SUB3]O[SUB7-δ] thin films and (BaCuO[SUB2])[SUB2]/(CaCuO[SUB2])[SUBn] superconducting superlattices. We estimate for these systems how much charge is transferred to the CuO[SUB2] planes. For the superlattices we have clear evidence that the charge transferred by the Charge Reservoir block distributes uniformly on the available CuO[SUB2] planes. The temperature dependence of the thermopower is then compared with the prediction of a model which considers the electron-phonon-impurity interference. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
