Abstrakt: | The article presents a study on the use of whole-body vibration as an intervention to strengthen the anaerobic power of cyclists and increase the efficacy of using individualized frequency (l-Freq) instead of a 30Hz (hertz) vibration frequency, as measured by a Wingate test for anaerobic power. Power production, peak power, average power (AP), and the rate of fatigue are also discussed. |
