Evaluates home care aides for the elderly by using Palmore's Facts on Aging Quizzes (FAQ1). Increase in correct scores showing effects of training; Identification of misconceptions on FAQ1 and FAQ2 items; Decrease in age bias measure; Creation of follow-up discussion group to help identify areas of educational programming. |
