Abstrakt:	The article presents a case study of a 45-year old woman after recurrence of bacterial meningitis with and without simultaneous cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks. It mentions that this condition is occurs mainly after complex posttraumatic dural'lymphatic skull base malformation after craniocerebral injury in childhood. She diagnosed with condition with the help of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) after applying gadolinium for effective diagnosis.
